Why builders keep their sites in Aamdani.

Each project keeps its own costs, so one site never mixes with another.

01

See the cost of each project

A builder can have several houses or contracts running at once. A cement purchase for one site should not change the figures for another. Record each expense against its project so you can see what you have spent on that job rather than a total across the whole business.

02

Keep materials and labour in the same picture

Construction spending includes more than supplier bills. Aamdani brings materials, labour and other project costs together. You can review the categories separately and still see the overall project total without adding figures from different notebooks.

03

Check the budget before the next purchase

Set a project budget and compare recorded spending with the amount left. For example, a sample project with a Rs 6M budget and Rs 4.88M spent has Rs 1.12M remaining. These are illustrative figures, not an estimate of what your building should cost.

04

Turn records into a project summary

When you need to review a completed job or share figures, export the project summary as PDF. Keeping expenses up to date during construction makes that final review easier and helps you understand the recorded project profit.

Aamdani tracks the expenses and budgets you enter. It does not calculate a building estimate from floor area or predict material prices. Use your own estimate as the budget, then track actual spending against it.

Yes. Each plot, building or client contract is its own project with its own costs, budget, stage and profit.

Yes. Mark daily attendance (present, half day or absent), review wages and advances, and record selected workers’ payments in the payday view. Pay slips can be shared on WhatsApp. These are payment records; Aamdani does not move money from your bank.

Entries are saved on your phone first and sync when you are back online. Account and monthly PDF or Excel exports need the internet. Plot, building, person and Home-spending PDFs are made on the phone.
