Aamdani App Privacy Policy

Aamdani is a money book for personal use and for small businesses such as builders. You use it to record your spending and income, your accounts, loans, and, for a business, projects, plots, workers, suppliers, contractors and investors. This policy explains what the Aamdani app (Android, package com.ozven.app) collects, why, who handles it, how long it is kept, and how you delete it.

What Aamdani collects

• Your account: your email address and your name.
• Your book: money accounts and their balances, entries (amount, category, account, note, date and time), loans, budgets and categories. For a business also: the business name, projects, plots and buildings, bills, fixed jobs, attendance and investor shares.
• People you add: their name, phone number if you add it, their role and what is due between you.
• Photos you choose to add to a plot or building.
• The assistant: what you ask in text or as a voice note, and its replies.
• Device and sign-in details: a notification token so we can send you notifications, and for each sign-in the device name, IP address and time, to keep your account secure.

Aamdani does not collect your location, your phone contacts, your SMS or other messages, your calendar, health data or browsing history. It shows no ads and uses no advertising or tracking services.

Permissions the app asks for

• Microphone: only when you tap the microphone to send a voice note to the assistant.
• Notifications: for reminders you turn on and updates to your book. You can turn them off in your phone settings.
• Fingerprint or face lock: checked by your phone only; Aamdani never receives it.
• Photos: only the photos you pick are added; the app does not read your gallery.

How it is used

• To give you the app: keep your book and sync it between your phone and the Aamdani server.
• To sign you in: we email you a 6-digit code.
• To send the reports you ask for by email, and notifications you allow.
• To answer the assistant: what you ask is sent to an AI service only to work out the reply. Under its terms with us, the AI provider does not use it to train its models.
• To keep Aamdani secure and working, and to answer you when you contact us.

We do not sell, rent or share your data for advertising.

Who else handles it

We use trusted service providers to run parts of Aamdani on our behalf: hosting and the database for your book, photo storage, notification delivery, email delivery, and the AI service for the assistant. They may use your data only to do that work for us, under our instructions, and never for their own purposes or for advertising. We share data with others only if the law requires it.

How it is protected

Everything between the app and the server is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Your book is stored on secure servers with access limited to what is needed to run Aamdani. On your phone you can lock the app with your fingerprint or face.

How long it is kept

We keep your data while your account is open. When you delete your account, your account and your whole book are deleted from the Aamdani server at once, and copies in server backups are removed within 30 days. A security log of account actions (such as sign-ins) is kept to protect the service and is used for nothing else.

A single entry, person or property you delete in the app is kept only as a cancelled record so your balances stay correct. Ask us and we remove it completely.

Deleting your account and data

• In the app: Settings | Account and sync | Delete account.
• Without the app: the delete account page, with the email you sign in with.
• Or email support@amddani.com from that email address.

You can also ask us for a copy of your data or to correct it. Reports in the app give you your entries as PDF or Excel at any time.

Children

Aamdani is made for adults (18 and over) and is not meant for children. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you think a child has used Aamdani, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes we update the date above, and the app asks you to read and accept the new version before you continue.
