Delete your Aamdani account

How to delete

1. Enter the email you sign in with and tap Send me a code.
2. Enter the 6-digit code from your email.
3. Type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

In the app you can also use Settings | Your login | Delete my Aamdani login.

What is deleted

• Your account: your email address and name.
• Your whole book: entries, accounts, loans, categories, budgets, projects, plots, people, attendance and photos.
• Your sign-ins on every device and your assistant history.

What is kept, and for how long

• Everything above is deleted from the Aamdani server at once. Copies in server backups are removed within 30 days.
• A security log of account actions (such as sign-ins) is kept to protect the service.

Delete some of your data and keep your account

1. In the app: open the entry, person, property or category and use Delete in its menu. Your assistant chat is deleted with Clear chat in Ask.
2. By email: write to support@amddani.com from the email you sign in with, and say what to delete (for example, all entries before a date, or one person).

An entry, person or property you delete in the app is kept only as a cancelled record so balances stay correct. Ask us by email and we remove it completely.
