Why contractors keep their accounts in Aamdani.

Every bill and payment sits with its person, so balances add up on their own.

01

Keep each supplier’s bills together

A cement supplier may make several deliveries before you settle the account. Record the bills against that supplier instead of mixing them with unrelated cash spending. That creates a record you can review when a supplier asks about a payment.

02

Record payments as well as purchases

A bill and a payment are different parts of the record. If an illustrative supplier balance is Rs 185k and you pay Rs 100k against it, the amount still to pay is Rs 85k. Record both events to keep the balance meaningful rather than remembering a running total.

03

Separate money to get from money to pay

Client balances and supplier balances answer different questions. The app shows money to get and money to pay, with a balance for each party. You can review an individual client, supplier or worker without searching across project notes.

04

Share a statement when it is needed

A clear statement helps explain which entries produced a balance. Aamdani supports person statements as PDF, with PDF and Excel exports for account and monthly reports, so you can share the recorded figures with the relevant person and review them together.

These records track payments and balances. They are not a bank transfer service. Make the actual payment using your usual method, then record it in Aamdani.

Yes. Each plot, building or client contract is its own project with its own costs, budget, stage and profit.

Yes. Mark daily attendance (present, half day or absent), review wages and advances, and record selected workers’ payments in the payday view. Pay slips can be shared on WhatsApp. These are payment records; Aamdani does not move money from your bank.

Entries are saved on your phone first and sync when you are back online. Account and monthly PDF or Excel exports need the internet. Plot, building, person and Home-spending PDFs are made on the phone.
