01Start with the people working on your site
Add your workers and their daily rates so attendance has a clear meaning. A mason and a labourer may earn different amounts for the same day. Keeping a rate for each worker lets you record the day without calculating every wage from memory.
02Record full days, half days and absences
Mark attendance as present, half day or absent. For a worker whose daily rate is Rs 2.5k, a full day earns Rs 2.5k and a half day earns Rs 1.25k. These sample figures show the calculation; the rate on your site is the one you enter.
03Review what is owed before paying
Attendance records show earned wages, while payments show what has already been paid. Review the workers owed for the week, record the payment, and keep the balance connected to the person. The app also supports sharing pay slips on WhatsApp.
04Keep recording when the connection drops
Site work does not stop because the internet is unreliable. Aamdani supports offline records on the phone, so attendance can be entered while you are at the project. Keeping a daily record avoids trying to reconstruct the whole week on payment day.
